Responsibilities
Assist with various day-to-day marketing tasks
Liaise with different departments across the company: trade, commercial/sales, logistics, etc.
Prepare launch presentations and execution plans (in Portuguese and English)
Participate in market research
Communicate directly with suppliers to request quotes and oversee production of promotional items and events
Work directly with the International team (email and meetings) for presentations and project approvals
Responsible for contract management, financial control and SAP usage
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and track key campaigns
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Social Communication or Marketing
Advanced English; Spanish is a plus
