About the role

  • Intern in Marketing at Puig learning practical marketing through real projects and brand activations. Engaging with international teams in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various day-to-day marketing tasks
  • Liaise with different departments across the company: trade, commercial/sales, logistics, etc.
  • Prepare launch presentations and execution plans (in Portuguese and English)
  • Participate in market research
  • Communicate directly with suppliers to request quotes and oversee production of promotional items and events
  • Work directly with the International team (email and meetings) for presentations and project approvals
  • Responsible for contract management, financial control and SAP usage
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and track key campaigns

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Social Communication or Marketing
  • Advanced English; Spanish is a plus

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
