Responsibilities
Gestionar llamadas entrantes y completar tareas de Back Office para coordinar los servicios de asistencia en carretera.

Proporcionar seguimiento y resolución a consultas relacionadas con productos y servicios de asistencia en carretera.
Apoyar la mitigación de incidentes para prevenir interrupciones que afecten la experiencia del cliente.
Identificar proactivamente oportunidades para resolver desafíos de los clientes.
Asegurarte de que los clientes reciban todos los beneficios incluidos en sus pólizas de asistencia en carretera.
Supervisar y realizar un seguimiento de tus KPI diarios y semanales.
Requirements
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente dentro de un entorno de centro de llamadas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Indispensable: Inglés oral y escrito avanzado.
Grado de estudios: Preparatoria concluida (indispensable).
