Responsibilities
Establish and maintain PMO functions while actively managing multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate and manage multiple medium-scale projects from initiation through closure
Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones and deliverables
Support senior project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and maintain project documentation
Assist in establishing and refining PMO processes, templates, and best practices
Maintain project management documentation, methodologies, and standards
Support portfolio reporting, resource tracking, and project prioritisation activities
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders
Support change management activities and gather stakeholder feedback
Requirements
3–5 years experience in project coordination or project management
Proven contribution to successful project delivery in cross‑functional, dynamic environments
Experience with technology projects, software development, or IT implementations
Understanding of change management, risk management, and issue resolution
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with MS Project or similar PM tools
Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, or Confluence
CAPM or progress toward PMP preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) desirable
Solid understanding of PMI standards and agile principles
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
