Account Executive responsible for managing customer relationships and driving success with Netigate's platform. Focused on the French market, requiring bilingual French and English skills.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Manage your own customer portfolio and drive customer success KPIs such as retention/churn and expansion revenue.
Collaborate closely with the French Market Business Developer to develop and grow the French market.
Take a proactive, commercial approach that supports Netigate’s growth ambitions.
Deliver trainings, webinars and enablement sessions to help customers get maximum value from our platform.
Travel on-site in France when needed for meetings, trainings and customer workshops.
Share customer insights, market trends and opportunities with colleagues in Product, Support, and New Business to continuously improve our offering and customer experience.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience (Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services or similar).
Experience in CX (Customer Experience) or motivated to learn more.
A goal-oriented, commercial mindset and strong ownership mentality.
Curious and solution-driven: you like to understand and solve customer pain points.
Ability or willingness to understand technical concepts related to website/app development and email marketing.
Highly customer-oriented and skilled at building long-term relationships.
Structured and systematic way of working; you proactively suggest process improvements.
Comfortable working independently and finding creative solutions when needed.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
