About the role

  • Sales Enablement Content Specialist developing and maintaining content to support CAPTRUST's sales teams. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance materials and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and organize content across sales materials, presentations, internal guides, and client-facing documents
  • Support senior content strategists with overflow content development, revisions, and updates
  • Ensure all content reflects brand voice, complies with regulatory standards, and aligns with internal messaging frameworks
  • Maintain an up-to-date content library
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, understand content needs, and fulfill requests efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in content development within the RIA, wealth management, financial services, or investment advisory industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of key concepts in wealth management, investment advisory services, financial planning, and compliance considerations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); experience with Seismic is a plus
