Responsibilities
Monthly update of personnel reports by country and sub-region based on FP&A data
Support Business Partners in recruitment and selection processes
Manage the recruitment and selection (R&S) platform (posting, tracking, and updating job openings)
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Plan, execute and monitor supplier/vendor contracting processes, including registration, updates, contract requests and deadline tracking
Create purchase orders and follow up on financial approvals
Support HR event logistics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Advanced English — able to conduct meetings in English
