Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Human Resources related certification preferred
- Proven knowledge of employment law, including regulatory compliance
- Previous experience exerting strong influence on key constituents while acting as a trusted advisor and coach.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation
