About the role

  • Marketing Product Manager at CANAL+ managing subscriber lifecycle and engagement strategies. Focus on customer satisfaction and anti-churn initiatives for subscription services.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand behaviors specific to no-commitment catalogs (parcs OSE)
  • Identify relevant KPIs to track for OSE catalogs and build management dashboards with Finance
  • Conduct competitive monitoring of market trends in content strategies and in optimizing the customer experience specific to OSE catalogs
  • Define the strategy and translate it into cross-functional action plans to increase customer lifetime, satisfaction and usage of these catalogs
  • Identify lineup needs specific to OSE catalog challenges (including seasonality) in close collaboration with Editorial, Programming and Data teams
  • Manage projects specific to the OSE catalog in coordination with Digital, BCS, DPM, DFP, Data and Legal teams
  • Lead cross-functional marketing actions and campaigns to be deployed at each stage of the subscriber lifecycle
  • Deploy OSE catalog marketing campaigns to support other product managers
  • Facilitate the No-Commitment Catalog Steering Committee (Copil) to align and drive cross-functional efforts
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Global Marketing on the management strategy for No-Commitment Catalogs

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a top business school or equivalent (Bac+5)
  • Specialization in communication, marketing or strategy
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or customer-base management
  • Initial experience in product/offer marketing or customer base management
  • Good understanding of no-commitment models
  • Strong knowledge of subscription-based business models
  • Knowledge of audiovisual market trends
  • Strong analytical, synthesis and documentation skills
  • Dynamic, autonomous and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Natural leadership and ability to mobilize stakeholders around cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and in deploying marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and business-level English
