Responsibilities
Technical, spelling, and grammatical proofreading: Ensure linguistic accuracy across media assets, websites, email marketing, landing pages (LPs), e-books, and infographics.
Strategic compliance review (Brief vs. Delivery): Validate that the final content meets marketing objectives, respecting the brand voice, copy triggers, and product guidelines.
Design and visual quality review: Evaluate assets from a design perspective, ensuring layout, visual hierarchy, and graphic elements are aligned with the textual content and strategy.
Quality Assurance (QA) of digital assets: Review automation flows, landing page links, and performance pieces to ensure there are no operational errors that could compromise conversion.
Interface with Content and Creative teams: Act as a consultant to copywriters and designers to refine narratives and ensure consistency across channels and formats.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Linguistics/Letters, Journalism, Advertising, Creative Writing, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with strong knowledge of grammar, composition, and proofreading techniques.
Experience proofreading digital marketing content, with familiarity with formats and terminology such as landing pages, email marketing, and performance ads.
Knowledge of copywriting, with the ability to identify and preserve conversion triggers and maintain the flow of conversion-focused texts.
Basic knowledge of design and layout, with practical ability to assess visual harmony and readability of rich content (e-books, infographics, etc.).
Ability to interpret briefs, translating strategic guidelines into quality-check criteria for review.
**Desired requirements**
Knowledge of the education and healthcare markets, familiar with relevant terminology, regulations, and consumer behaviors.
Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp for approval workflow control.
Experience with e-learning products (EAD), understanding the student journey and the specifics of selling postgraduate and professional development courses.
Intermediate English for occasional review or translation of international references and technical terms.
