About the role

  • Assistant Marketing & Partenariats at CANAL+ managing digital communication for foreign channel offers. Collaborating with marketing and partnerships to enhance audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and developing all digital tools for two foreign channel offerings distributed by operators Free, SFR, Orange and Bouygues Telecom
  • Develop editorial calendars for the social media channels of three products
  • Create original digital content and launch campaigns to animate pages and grow their audiences
  • Manage prospect databases and run campaigns in coordination with partner agencies
  • Regularly update the offers' websites in coordination with the webmaster
  • Manage influencer campaigns
  • Produce or oversee the creation of visual sales support materials
  • Monitor the production of printed and digital collateral and multimedia content
  • Update and renew sales pitches and commercial documentation and circulate them
  • Conduct direct marketing campaigns to increase sales and/or improve customer retention
  • Coordinate event logistics and promotional advertising operations
  • Build and maintain marketing activity tracking dashboards
  • Measure the profitability and effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing KPIs and user experience to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategy
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction by tracking and analyzing target audience behavior through surveys, field activities and online initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a network of service providers and suppliers
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external teams to provide or collect communication materials
  • Manage inventory related to marketing operations
  • Track the marketing budget forecast, manage outstanding items and invoices
  • Regularly update tracking tools: offers by operator, publisher contact tables, etc.
  • Maintain content libraries for channels

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s program at a university or school, specializing in digital communication
  • You have a first professional experience in digital communication and/or project management
  • You have knowledge of audiovisual trends, particularly in Africa
  • You are proficient with Business Manager, Adobe Suite, Canva and Mailchimp
  • You have an interest in the media industry
  • You possess intercultural communication skills
  • You are curious, adaptable, creative, open-minded and proactive
