Responsibilities
Empowering leaders and teams through strategic and hands-on support across the entire HR domain.
Working closely with leaders as their trusted advisor on matters related to leadership, organisational development, capability building, and employee engagement.
Translating business needs into people initiatives that strengthen performance, wellbeing and culture.
Developing and optimising people processes to become scalable and future-proof, using digital tools and AI where possible.
Leading projects independently and contributing to continuous improvements across the People Success function.
Requirements
Proven background working as a HR Business Partner
Practical experience managing employee relations and Swedish labor law matters
Demonstrates strong professional courage and integrity when partnering with senior stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to independently lead and deliver projects
Experience and a genuine interest in optimizing HR processes through digitalization and AI
Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Degree or formal education in Swedish labor law or a related HR field
