Responsibilities
Enable partner teams through training and on-site visits to ensure a qualified approach, with commercial knowledge of products and sales techniques
Establish strategic relationships, mobilizing and motivating partners to achieve results
Monitor performance, planning and defining tactical actions for partners in your portfolio
Support identification and engagement of potential customers
Support product retention efforts
Develop and disseminate commercial campaigns
Stay informed about market movements, products and services, and clients’ business strategies
Provide support to partners with questions related to our products, services, campaigns, features and benefits
Work toward targets
Availability to travel
Own vehicle required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed)
Previous experience as an insurance sales consultant
Knowledge of insurance products (Life, Personal Accident and Loan Protection/Credit Life)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Availability for frequent travel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Public speaking / presentation skills
Interpersonal skills
Own a vehicle
Preferred qualifications:
CPA-20 certification (ANBIMA)
Experience with Bancassurance branch/counter operations
