About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience leading data science or advanced analytics teams with a track record of building or managing predictive models and optimization tools.
- Experience working with or supporting revenue management, pricing, forecasting, or yield optimization functions (hospitality or similar industry strongly preferred).
- Superior skills in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.
- Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations for senior executives.
- Proven leadership capabilities including team development, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution.
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- High standards of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics and/or data science, including revenue‑related applications.
- Experience designing or deploying revenue management or price optimization systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Prior experience in gaming, hospitality, travel, or retail industries.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, uplift modeling, and statistical experimentation.
