Responsibilities
Active support throughout the entire recruiting process (from job posting to onboarding)
Creation and maintenance of job postings on various job boards and our careers page
Screening of application documents and initial candidate outreach
Coordination and scheduling of interviews
Maintenance of our applicant database and support in building a talent pool
Contribution to exciting HR projects, e.g., to optimize recruiting processes
Support for trade fair planning and participation (by arrangement)
Requirements
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable degree program
Strong interest in HR and recruiting topics
Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
Confident with MS Office; ideally first experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., softgarden)
Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
Possibly first practical experience in recruiting or HR
