Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or an equivalent technical qualification
Initial professional experience in technical customer service
Experience with networks and communication technologies
Good knowledge of operating systems and applications, as well as MS Office
Driving licence class B (car) is required
Strong customer focus combined with the ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences
