Responsibilities
Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
Identify and recommend appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions
Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and loss adjusters/experts
Handle tenders/RFPs, collections, claims processing, policy documentation and data maintenance
Support the field sales team in business development and assist with the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
Ideally, experience with large fleet insurance
Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment of close client relationships
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and fitting in with our family-like company culture
