Requirements
1+ years of experience processing and managing Property & Casualty insurance claims with accuracy
Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams
Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation
Proficiency with software systems, including Excel
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field (additional qualification)
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (additional qualification)
Familiarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategy (additional qualification)
Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers (additional qualification)
