Requirements
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Lines producer or account manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Results driven and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding goals
- Strong sense of urgency to serve the client’s needs as your top priority
- Skills in establishing referrals through local Realtors, Notaries, Mortgage Brokers and Centers of influence in the community.
