Responsibilities
In collaboration with Market President, responsible for incremental improvement of in-network utilization through growth in new patient referrals
Uses data to make informed decisions that guide a strategic call plan
Conducts face to face visits with physicians, providers, and influencers to inform them of new services
Identifies barriers and facilitates resolution improving care delivery
Creates and operationalizes a retention plan for at-risk physicians and providers
Convenes market stakeholders to discuss and address competitive threats and performance improvement opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or communications (required)
2 years experience in sales, customer service, education, or marketing (required)
Formal Sales Training (preferred)
Clinical Training (preferred)
