Support Specialist managing client relations around SCM processes and software systems. Collaborating closely with development and product teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
You assist our customers with specialist queries related to SCM processes (e.g., planning, inventory planning/disposition, logistics, procurement)
You advise and guide them in using our software solutions BRZ8 and BRZ 365
You analyze complex issues, immerse yourself in processes, and find sustainable solutions
You act as a sparring partner for our customers — technically competent, clear, and solution-oriented
You work closely with Development, Product Management, and Consulting
Requirements
Professional experience in Supply Chain Management (e.g., industry, retail, logistics, manufacturing)
Willingness to develop technically and to dive deeper into software and IT
Ideally some exposure to IT systems, ERP, planning tools, or software support (not required)
Enjoy explaining complex matters in an understandable way
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking, initiative, and team spirit
