Responsibilities
Dirigir negocios de belleza principalmente a través de visitas a puerta fría.
Utilizar redes sociales para captar clientes.
Hacer una demostración del producto y ayudar con la configuración inicial de acuerdo a sus necesidades.
Completar el proceso de alta y colaborar con el equipo de Onboarding para la activación de la cuenta.
Pasar la mayor parte del día visitando salones y conociendo a los propietarios.
Requirements
Experiencia demostrable en ventas a puerta fría, sector belleza o roles similares.
Orientación al cliente y excelentes dotes de comunicación, escucha, persuasión, negociación.
Ser organizado y responsable, lo que te permite cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
Actitud positiva y proactiva, compromiso y ownership de tu trabajo. Saber trabajar de forma individual pero también en equipo.
Se valorarán conocimientos de CRM como Salesforce.
Conocimientos mínimos de inglés.
