Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities where AI/ML and automation can deliver value
- Develop, validate, and deployment of AI and machine learning models
- Assist in data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support modeling efforts
- Monitor model performance post-deployment and recommend improvements
- Partner with product owners, AI Hub, Ops Hub, Platform teams, and business units to understand requirements and ensure AI solutions meet business goals
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Work with data engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable production workflows
- Support responsible and ethical AI practices in line with enterprise governance frameworks
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and compliance
- Keep up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation within the team
- Conduct research into new methodologies and present findings to enhance internal AI capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Prior experience in AI/ML, analytics, data science, or a related technical discipline
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, including SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and data engineering concepts is a plus
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
