Responsibilities

  • Heavy focus on lead generation activities
  • Represent Blue Orange at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Engage with attendees during the event
  • Manage post-event follow-up and enter leads into the CRM
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and actively promote our services
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans aimed at revenue growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams
  • Present proposals that communicate the value proposition clearly
  • Consistently achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in professional services or consulting, with a strong focus on business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong networking abilities and a talent for building relationships.
  • Skilled in pre-call planning, research, and needs-based selling techniques.
  • Ability to focus on aggressively generating new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of quota-carrying sales experience, including negotiating and closing technology projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a competitive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to attend industry events and conferences.
  • Comfort operating within an AI-augmented workflow.
