Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and maturity of the organization’s business continuity program
- Develop and interpret policies, procedures, standards, and workflows
- Support the maintenance of recovery plans including business impact analyses
- Partner with leaders in designing, maintaining, and producing management reports
- Identify points of vulnerability and develop loss-avoidance strategies
- Plan and coordinate employee training on crisis management
- Coordinate tabletop exercises, simulations, and crisis management drills
- Assist in the coordination of IT Disaster Recovery testing
Requirements
- 6 years of business continuity experience or related Emergency Management or Disaster Recovery experience
- Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent work experience
- Local presence in Idaho
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Business Continuity Certification Preferred (CBCP, MBCP, BCCE, etc.)
