About the role
- Werkstudentin im Eventmanagement, Planung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen zu Künstlicher Intelligenz und Quantum Computing. Engagiert in der Unterstützung von Event-Projekten und Speaker-Management in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt uns bei der erfolgreichen Vorbereitung, Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung unseres Events AIDAQ (AI & Data and Quantum Summit).
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich (Teil-)Projekte im Rahmen unserer Veranstaltung, sorgst für den reibungslosen Ablauf vor Ort und evaluierst und misst den Erfolg deiner Projekte.
- Du kümmerst dich um das Speaker-Management, kommunizierst im Vorfeld mit wichtigen Ansprechpartnern und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Speaker jederzeit gut betreut fühlen.
- Du bringst dich mit kreativen Ideen ein und leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zum Erfolg unserer Events.
Requirements
- Du hast ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit, um uns zu unterstützen.
- Du konntest erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Events, Marketing, Kommunikation o. ä. sammeln.
- Du interessiert dich für Technologien und Trends und begeisterst dich für innovative Eventkonzepte.
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, bist selbständig, organisiert und teamfähig.
- Du bist zuverlässig und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch hast ein Gespür für professionelles Auftreten.
- Du studierst noch mindestens ein Jahr in Berlin.
