Analyst role supporting ABM strategies at Onfly, a leading travel tech startup. Fostering collaboration among marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance business travel management.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few and 1:many), in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Produce personalized content for target accounts: presentations, landing pages, emails, cadences, social selling messages and materials focused on specific pain points.
Develop Sales Enablement materials — including playbooks, scripts, battlecards, case studies, training content and sales decks — and support the commercial team in creating proposals and customized materials for active opportunities.
Perform back-office activities for the area, such as data organization, list management, content updates and supporting workflows between Marketing and Sales.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, associations and specialized communities in target segments, identifying opportunities for content, co-marketing and engagement with priority accounts.
Support event organization.
Support the operation of multichannel campaigns: email, social, content, paid media and personalized activations for target accounts.
Continuously optimize ABM campaigns and initiatives based on A/B testing and performance analysis.
Monitor the performance of ABM initiatives, consolidating metrics and proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields;
Proven advanced experience with Account-Based Marketing.
Experience producing content tailored for Sales and ABM.
Proficiency in HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting, segmentation and CRM).
Highly hands-on profile with autonomy, organization and ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills to track metrics and derive insights.
Comfortable handling back-office tasks and daily interactions with accounts, partners and internal stakeholders.
Availability to travel.
Copywriting and performance writing skills for campaigns and personalized content.
Experience in SaaS, technology or complex B2B markets.
Experience with Sales Enablement.
