Responsibilities
Lead BetterUp’s top strategic projects, including annual planning, acquisition integrations, due diligence, and more.
Oversee due diligence for partnerships with luminaries such as Brené Brown, Adam Grant, Pau Gasol, and Shaun White.
Develop BetterUp’s European market entry strategy.
Create BetterUp’s 5-year growth plan for the Board of Directors.
Collaborate with Co-Founders on fundraising decks.
Revamp pricing and packaging in partnership with a third-party consulting firm.
Establish and manage the CHRO Growth Advisory Council.
Lead the Davos activation, fostering connections between BetterUp’s CEO and Fortune 100 CXOs.
Negotiate and launch cross-selling partnership with Walmart.com.
Develop a strategy to expand the engineering team internationally.
Co-lead acquisition due diligence on U.S. and European acquisition targets.
Lead post-merger integrations.
Drive annual planning and manage the company OKR process.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience at Bain & Company, McKinsey, or BCG, with demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes projects. Additional experience in a lean, high-growth scale-up is a plus.
Strategic and Analytical Excellence: You combine creative problem-solving with a structured, analytical approach to business challenges and are adept at developing actionable insights that shape strategy at the highest levels.
Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to work across all organizational levels, particularly with senior executives, to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable results.
