Responsibilities
Process high-volume hires, terminations, vacations and leaves
Perform complete payroll closing in the LG system
Process electronic time and attendance and generate files for bank integration
Manage and administer benefits (commuter voucher - VT, meal voucher - VR, health plan) and legal obligations
Prepare management reports such as vacation accruals and 13th salary provisions
Drive continuous process improvement and support automation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
Solid experience as a Payroll Analyst (Mid or Senior level)
Mandatory experience in a BPO environment
Proficiency in the LG system
Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
