About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for payroll processing and labor compliance in Grendene's operations. Ensuring accurate data and handling labor-related queries within HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Process vacations, terminations, monthly payroll, advances, and bonuses.
  • Generate and verify labor contribution guides and statutory filings/obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DCTFWeb, etc.).
  • Post payroll accounting entries and integrate payroll with the accounting system.
  • Analyze accounting variances and support the controllership.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation.
  • Maintain the payroll system and ensure data integrity.
  • Schedule payments in coordination with the finance department.
  • Represent the company in labor hearings and prepare legal defenses.
  • Monitor collective bargaining agreements and ensure their correct application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields;
  • Experience with labor routines, payroll processing, and payroll preparation;
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and proficiency with statutory filings and social charges/payroll taxes;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
