About the role
- Payroll Specialist handling payroll processing for clients using DATEV in Germany. Responsible for compliance with tax regulations and effective client communication.
Responsibilities
- Selbständige und termingerechte Erstellung der Entgeltabrechnung für Mandanten in DATEV LODAS oder in DATEV Lohn und Gehalt
- Berücksichtigung von lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Sachverhalten sowie gesetzliche Vorgaben
- Ansprechpartner für Mandanten und Übernahme der Kommunikation mit Behörden, Finanzämtern, Sozialversicherungsträgern etc.
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Routinierten Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV Lohn und Gehalt oder DATEV LODAS
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Motivation und Freude an der Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen Team
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
