Optimize processes and identify synergy potentials
Manage HR and business KPIs and continuously digitalize and automate standards
Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the HR department
Ensure collaboration with stakeholders and compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
Plan and implement organizational changes with the involvement of relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in various HR functions
At least 5 years of leadership experience in HR management roles
Solid knowledge of employment law and works council/industrial relations law
Strong process, project and transformation competencies
Charismatic, results-oriented and KPI-driven approach
