Marketing Specialist for BD's Advanced Patient Monitoring division supporting EMEA market product launches. Role involves market research, sales opportunity identification, and product training plans in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Conducting opportunity assessment (SWOT, market research) and defining value propositions.
Building a segmentation strategy and exploring the product positioning (customer journey map).
Collaborating with regional & global supply chain to prepare the initial launch forecast.
Identifying and implementing tactical activity needed to drive sales opportunities & leads.
Initiating an awareness campaign to reach the target market during the pre-launch phase.
Supporting internal & external product training plans and creating a collateral strategy.
Ensuring all the tools are in place for the business to sell and support the product launch.
Maintaining a dashboard to track initial performance of the product launch and providing reports of the results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or business-related areas.
Master’s degree would be a plus.
A first marketing experience working on business analytics would be preferred.
Strong business acumen and project management skills, organisational ability.
Fluent in English.
Other European languages a plus.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., QlikView, QlikSense, SalesForce.com).
