Responsibilities
You are part of our sales team and help lay the groundwork for sustainable customer relationships.
Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) – create, organize, and update records
Contact potential customers (no cold calling; qualified leads only)
Assist in preparing meetings and sales materials
Follow up on inactive leads
Help with onboarding new customers
Attend selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
Support upselling potential analyses and internal sales reporting
Requirements
You are a registered student—preferably in a business or communications-related degree program
You work in a structured and reliable way and have a good sense for communication
You enjoy speaking with people—by phone, email, or in person
Some practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
You are comfortable with digital tools and pick up new systems quickly
Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable but not required
