About the role

  • Participate in TIM's apprenticeship program to gain skills in customer support. Engage in administrative tasks and learn to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring performance indicators and preparing reports;
  • Providing support and service to internal and external customers;
  • Supporting operational requests and administrative tasks;

Requirements

  • Currently attending or having completed high school, or currently enrolled in a university program;
  • Be between 18 and 22 years old;
  • Alignment with the company's values and culture;
  • Reside in the job location;
  • Availability to work 6 hours per day during business hours.
