Responsibilities
Full responsibility and main point of contact for the entire recruitment process for various positions and departments.
Ensure professional and efficient recruiting with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Identify new talent and build and maintain personal networks and talent pipelines through active sourcing measures.
Organize and represent the company as a brand ambassador at employer branding campaigns, trade fairs, and internal and external events.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting at Bachem.
Requirements
Several years of solid and successful practical experience in recruiting, active sourcing, and employer branding.
Preferably experience in a company with in-house recruitment.
Strong communication skills with a service- and client-oriented mindset.
Independent, structured, and team- and results-oriented working style.
High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with pragmatism and a can-do, hands-on mentality.
Confident professional presence and the ability to identify with Bachem and represent the company.
Strong interest in the chemical / pharmaceutical / life sciences industry.
Experience with recruiting tools, preferably SuccessFactors.
Business-fluent German and English are mandatory.
