Responsibilities
Own and manage full-cycle recruitment, beginning with a deep understanding of our business and technology.
Partner closely with hiring managers across all departments, assess hiring needs and craft tailored strategies to support business and growth objectives.
Play a key role in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
Contribute to project work aimed at optimizing our talent acquisition processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers and teams across various departments to understand role requirements and build effective candidate pipelines.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify top-tier candidates.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Serve as an ambassador for the company’s brand, ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Champion Achievers culture and values within the tech community, positioning us as an employer of choice for top talent.
Maintain strong organizational skills and manage a portfolio of roles simultaneously.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter, demonstrating expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong business acumen coupled with exceptional interviewing skills, including a keen ability to assess skills, competencies and cultural fit.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks and prioritizing with a high sense of urgency.
Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for contributing to the organization’s success, enhancing its reputation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through project-based work.
Skilled in sourcing both active and passive candidates through diverse methods, including networking, online platforms, professional communities, referrals, university relations, and other creative strategies.
Experience working closely with senior leaders and interviewers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
Energetic, personable, and outgoing with a strong ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders alike.
Experience with Lever (preferred) or a similar ATS.
