Responsibilities
Communicate and implement Bacardi’s vision into actionable strategies across CA Chain accounts.
Cultivate a results-driven culture within the CA Chains team.
Partner with the Regional Director and Human Resources to recruit and develop top-performing primos.
Lead and strengthen distributor and customer partnerships across CA Chain accounts.
Establish and manage performance goals with distributors and key chain customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related area.
Ideally you will have 10+ years field sales experience, preferably in the Spirits and/or Beverage industry
Ideally you will have supervisory/management experience and positive track record of developing winning teams.
Ability to create, maintain and build long lasting relationships with key accounts, distributors, vendors & cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated track record of performance and delivery against KPI’s and annual goals & targets
Exceptional financial acumen and decision making to achieve results.
Influential and excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficient working in MS Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
