Responsibilities
Create a region wide business plan that will achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the region.
Develop and grow key Integration partners who will drive usage among their end users.
Discover and cultivate key A&E specifiers in the region who will support and specify 2N and Axis products in project based opportunities.
Develop key relationships with distribution branches that support 2N and Axis.
Work with the Canadian team to develop best practices and transfer knowledge within.
Identify and participate in key industry events, meetings, trade shows, conferences and associations promoting 2N/Axis within the industry.
Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and pipelines using Salesforce.
Keep all reporting up to date on a weekly basis and achieve pipeline and opportunity targets as set by sales management.
Be a team player working with all 2N and Axis personnel to advance our overall business.
Achieve monthly and annual quotas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
5+ years in sales driven position
Strong technical background
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
