Responsibilities
Independently manage and dynamically develop the assigned sales territory with direct impact on business success.
Actively maintain existing customer relationships and proactively target potential new customers with a strategic focus.
Advise on and sell customized IT, software and digitization projects.
Play a central role in the professional handling of public tenders: analyze requirements, coordinate stakeholders, prepare compelling proposals, and present tailored solutions to decision-makers.
Prepare accurate quotes and contracts, negotiate and close successful deals.
Organize and participate in targeted events with prospects, customers and partners to strengthen market presence and nurture relationships.
Requirements
Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successfully selling ICT, ERP or DMS solutions.
University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent education with relevant practical experience.
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong results focus.
Excellent communicator with an empathetic personality, strong initiative and enjoyment of customer contact.
Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated and consistently solution-oriented.
Professional appearance combined with a convincing presence and strong client-facing impact.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a strong digital affinity.
Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English; French and/or Italian are a plus.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently.
Solid understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations - OR) and confident handling of legal frameworks.
Driving license category B required.
Experience working with public administrations, particularly with tendering processes, is a clear advantage.
