Responsibilities
Autonomous management and dynamic development of the assigned sales territory, directly influencing business performance
Active management of existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of potential new clients with a strategic focus
Consulting and sale of tailored IT, software and digitalization projects
Central role in professionally handling public tenders: analysis, coordination, preparation of compelling proposals and presentation of tailored solutions to decision-makers
Preparation of accurate quotes and contracts, as well as negotiation and successful deal closing
Organization and participation in targeted events with prospects, customers and partners to strengthen market presence and nurture relationships
Requirements
Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and in the successful sale of ICT, ERP or DMS solutions
Degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong results focus
Strong communicator with an empathetic personality, high initiative and enjoyment of customer contact
Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated and consistently solution-oriented
Professional appearance combined with a persuasive presence and strong customer-facing impact
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a strong digital affinity
Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English; French and/or Italian are an advantage
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act independently and responsibly
Solid understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations, OR) and confident handling of legal frameworks
Valid category B driving license
Experience working with public administrations, particularly with tendering processes, is a clear advantage
