Responsibilities
Proactive outbound phone outreach to prospects and existing customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Conducting campaigns to assess customer needs and invite them to online or on-site presentations.
Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotes and proposals.
Identifying market trends and new business opportunities.
Maintaining customer data, call notes and proposals in the CRM system (MS-Sales).
Close collaboration with inside and field sales to further develop telephony processes.
Requirements
Commercial/business training, ideally with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in inside sales or telephone-based customer support — preferably in an IT environment.
Proficient with MS365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
Enjoyment of active telephone contact (inbound & outbound).
Interest in modern IT solutions and applications.
Strong communication skills, team orientation and customer focus.
Independent and structured working style, able to stay motivated even after setbacks.
Willingness to learn and become familiar with the company’s products.
