Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed plans to achieve client business objectives and company revenue targets
Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives within client organizations
Identify and close opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and net new revenue
Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs and providing feedback for product/service enhancement
Achieve sales quotas, manage pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts
Offer expert advice, present solutions, and act as a strategic partner on industry trends and challenges
Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, product) to ensure client needs are met
Handle complex sales contracts and pricing agreements
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews
Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution
Requirements

Experience in Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC) and Account planning
