About the role
- Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at Avanade, focusing on ERP implementation and innovative solutions for clients. Collaborating with functional and technical teams to meet business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews to gather and analyze requirements.
- Advise on ERP implementation based on your area of expertise and business knowledge.

- Train end users.
- Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Support our clients throughout their project.
Requirements
- Strong command of key Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functionalities.
- Expertise in functional areas: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, Project Accounting.
- Ability to collaborate with various functional and technical profiles.
- Experience with large-scale projects for a diverse client base.
- Team player with a willingness to share knowledge, promoting collaboration and a supportive environment.
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological developments and ERP best practices.
- Proficiency in both English and French communication.
