Responsibilities
Management of the entire sales process: from the first conversation (warm outreach / leads) through personalized consultation to closing
Acting as a bridge between customers and partner hearing care professionals, coordinating follow-up processes and ensuring sustainable service
Monitoring and managing personal KPIs, analyzing sales figures and developing strategies to optimize performance
Efficient use of CRM systems and digital tools to document interactions
Representing audibene externally and providing customer-perspective feedback
Requirements
Professional experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally with complex or technically detailed products or services
Strong communication skills and empathy
Goal-oriented and motivated to regularly exceed personal targets
Structured working style and good time and self-management
Comfortable in a dynamic environment and open to change
Fluent German language skills are required
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital working practices is an advantage
