Responsibilities
Find and pursue new commercial customers such as property managers, building owners, and facility managers
Make cold calls, door-knock, and visit commercial and industrial sites
Introduce AFS services and identify customer needs
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions
Follow up on quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Requirements
Strong interest in sales and relationship-building
Willingness to learn technical services (training provided)
High school diploma (Grade 12)
Comfortable using CRM or basic tracking tools
Familiarity with the Edmonton market is an asset
