Track and report on training participation, progress, and outcomes.
Support onboarding programs and role-based training pathways.
Conduct learning needs analyses using data, stakeholder input, and performance metrics.
Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
Support general training requirements and contribute to the overall learning strategy.
Stay updated with industry trends and ensure continuous improvement of learning materials and methods.
Ensure that learning solutions align with business goals and performance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and organisational policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in course content creation and training programme development for diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of Moodle or other learning management systems.
A solid understanding of technical and non-technical learning needs.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a training schedule and meet deadlines.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong collaborative mindset & an ability to network with multiple departments
