Responsibilities
Manage the campaign calendar in coordination with partner teams;
Execute routine sends of emails, SMS, and push notifications;
Measure and report on activation and campaign results;
Coordinate and request creatives and content to support communications;
Assist in developing automated customer journeys;
Analyze current customer segmentation, propose improvements, and define the best offers to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time;
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with CRM tools;
Experience scheduling and coordinating campaign activities.
