Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or with a desire to build a career in Learning and Development
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good learning ability and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Good at Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc.
- Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional, dynamic global environment with changing priorities
- Creative and have experience in organizing learning activities is a plus
