Responsibilities
Provide training to franchise unit staff members;
Oversee the installation process of machinery and equipment at the franchise unit;
Knowledge of food handling standards and procedures for gelato production;
Knowledge of uniform standards and procedures;
Ensure excellence in customer service and front-of-house/cashier operations;
Organize and control store inventory;
Generate and deliver training reports for store openings and refresher training sessions;
Communicate critical service issues identified to the Operations team.
Requirements
Strong communication and teaching/presentation skills;
Experience in gastronomy/culinary environments;
Dynamic, with leadership skills;
Croanalysis;
Full availability for working hours and travel;
Preferred: degree or courses related to gastronomy/culinary arts.
