Responsibilities
Communicate with all team members within customer service
Answer incoming calls for multiple locations
Serve as primary point of contact for all Columbia and Charleston service
Ability to schedule multiple trucks for service and install (commercial and residential)
Ability to respond to vendor and customer inquiries via email, phone and other communications
Track ordered materials
Prepare customer tickets for invoicing
Schedule Fire Door Drop test and preventive maintenance
Update and maintain operational open service spreadsheet
Process credit card payments
Assist Field Operations Manager as needed
Requirements
Minimum of two years’ experience estimating commercial, industrial, or related service and repair projects
Strong written and oral communications skills, presentation skills and the ability to quickly adapt
Strong understanding of scheduling projects
Ability to build strong relationships on all levels, internally and with customers and suppliers
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to business
